After all the terrors I’ve recalled in this book, after all the physics, the history and the philosophy, I hope that the one thing you’ll remember is the simple message that comes from it all: No matter how alone you feel, no matter how desolate, despondent or desperate, you are never alone and you are always loved. For wherever and whenever we live in the dazzling infinity and variety of the multiverse, we all are fathers, mothers, brothers, sisters and friends to each other.
And as for “death”: In the simple words of St. Julian of Norwich, “In the end, all will be well!
