An excerpt from FOOTSTEPS IN THE ATTIC, by Paul F.

From "In the Dark" Page 113
All went well until we got into the basement, where I could feel a great
deal of energy in and near the furnace room. Dave and I suddenly looked
at Helen. She had stopped, her eyes were blank and some of her hair was
standing up. She wasn’t putting this on.
“I feel it on me!” she said, her voice nervous but not fearful. Then,
suddenly: “He says you’ll never find him.”
“We’ve already found him,” I replied calmly. Then, to it: “We know what
you are, and you will leave this woman alone. You have powers arrayed
against you that you can’t possibly imagine!”
“He’s laughing!” she said. “But he doesn’t want you here and he doesn’t
want the holy water.”
“Enough!” I said. “Dave, take Helen’s hand!”
I took one hand and Dave the other. Immediately, the thing backed off. I
called upon God, Goddess, angels and every other positive power I could
think of to help protect Helen, and to help build love and protection in
this house! In another moment, the thing was gone. Helen looked and felt
normal again.
It was because of this incident that the light bulb really went on for
Dave.
“After we did that, I can really see what you mean about love driving
this thing out!” he said.
